Flow

I created this piece when I was learning to ‘flow’ with universal energy rather than fight it. It made life so beautiful and much easier. I felt that I was lifted up and carried gently along. Letting go and surrending to this force was so easy... like an enormous weight was taken from me and I felt light and so alive.
